Why Pigeons?

Because they're iconic.

They’ve strutted around our streets for centuries, perfected the side-eye and mastered the art of appearing exactly where food is, lets be honest - pigeons don't exactly have the best reputation but they are judged unfairly. Pigeons are really just fluffy little commuters trying to get through the day like the rest of us.

The truth is these little city birds are surprisingly clever. They're loyal, full of character and deserve a little more appreciation. They can recognise human faces, find their way home from hundreds of miles away, and they even mate for life. Not bad for a bird that’s usually just trying to steal your chips.

Once you start paying attention, it’s impossible not to love their funny little walks, colourful feathers and endless curiosity.
